The Consulate General of the Republic of Bulgaria in Toronto and the Bulgarian-Canadian Society of British Columbia are organizing Consular Days on Dec 4 & 5, 2020.
The Consular Days will be held at the office of the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Bulgaria in BC at 2571 Smith Street, Richmond, BC.

We would like to ask anyone who needs consular services to send an email to Vladimir Popov at: vladimir@bcsbc.ca with the following information: name, type of service, and telephone/email contact info in order to schedule an appointment.

The services will be provided only with a scheduled appointment which will be confirmed via email.

For the first time this year, the consulate staff will have a mobile station for collection of biometric data. As a result, besides the certifications and declarations, they will also be able to accept applications for renewal of passports, IDs, driver’s licenses and temporary passports.

Besides the fees for the consular services, a fee of $30 will be collected (per family regardless of the number of documents) to cover the expenses for the Consular Days.
