You are cordially invited again this year to the Bulgarian Flag Raising Ceremony in the occasion of the National Day of the Liberation of Bulgaria- March 3rd!

The ceremony will take place on Friday, March 3, 2023, at 4:00 pm in the “Friendship Gardens” in front of the New Westminster City Hall at 511- Royal Ave., New Westminster, BC.

After the ceremony, we will gather at the Balkan House Restaurant at 7530 Edmonds St., Burnaby and continue the celebration.

Also, two other landmarks in Vancouver will be illuminated on March 3, 2023, in celebration of Bulgaria’s National Holiday- one of the oldest surviving bridges in greater Vancouver area, Burrard Street Bridge and Vancouver City Hall.
