The Bulgarian-Canadian Society of British Columbia is planning Consular Days in Vancouver in September or October this year.

Before a date is scheduled, it is necessary to submit a list to the Consulate General of the Republic of Bulgaria in Toronto with at least 30 people in need of consular services. We would like to ask anyone who needs consular services to send an email to Vladimir Popov at: vladimir@bcsbc.ca with the following information: your names, the type of service, and telephone/email contact info.

The consul will perform the following services:

  • Certification of powers of attorney and declarations;
  • Validation of document content;
  • Legalization of Canadian documents – Birth, Marriage, and Death Certificates
