The Consulate General of the Republic of Bulgaria in Toronto together with the Bulgarian-Canadian Society of BC is organizing Consular Days in Vancouver, BC on March 24 & 25, 2023.

The Consular Days will be held at the Rosedale on Robson Suite Hotel – 838 Hamilton St., Vancouver, BC.

The services will be provided by appointment only. You can schedule your appointment at: https://calendly.com/consulardays/15min

Along with the certification of documents and declarations, the Consulate’s staff will also be accepting applications for renewal of Bulgarian passport, ID, and driver’s license.

You will be able to legalize documents issued and previously certified by Global Affairs Canada, declarations and documents for the issuance of personal identification and birth certificate of children, as well as a declaration by the parent(s) for leaving the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria (https://www.mvr.bg/docs/librariesprovider56/default-document-library/%D0%B0%D1%86palnomoshtno_patuvane4117bc96234149c8801d08b807aefa4b.pdf?sfvrsn=1f4845c9_0)

The processed documents will be returned to you by mail, including the declarations and certified documents. Therefore, you are required to bring a National ExpressPost or UPS Envelope with a tracking number.

All payments for the Consular Services will be accepted in cash only.

Aside from the fees for the consular services, a fee of $30 (per family, regardless of the number of documents) will be collected by BCSBC at the time of scheduling the appointment (by PayPal). These funds will be used for the organization of the Consular Days and other events for the Bulgarian community.
